On March 13th, MOUSE Squads from Access High School, International High School and P. 754 JMR Career Development High School joined us at the US First Robotics Competition at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. Schools from the New York Tri-State area compete for a chance to go the national Robotics Championship competition.

Squad members tapped into their enthusiasm for robots and technology, interviewing attendees, competitors and a robot during the event. They also met with college recruiters at the event to learn about Computer Engineering programs.

The Javits center was full of different types of robots: from the main industrial strength competitor robot to the small Lego Camera Bot, and even an ardunio controlled robot like the ones found in our Garage Robotics Specialist Strand.
