Welcome back Mouse Squads!

For many of you, the first steps to becoming a great Mouse Squad will be getting your team Mouse Squad Certified. In the past several months, Mouse HQ has been busy upgrading our certification. We've reorganized the process, added a ton of new activities and projects, and updated all of our technical info.

The process is the same: as a team you'll tackle the activities in Modules 1-10, earn Wins! in your profile when you complete the BlogIt! and ace the Module Quiz, and be eligible to have your Coordinator award the Mouse Squad Certification Badge when all of your Module work is complete.

The new Certification Badge will look like this in your profile…

Those of you who earned your Certification last year will still see your Badge on your profile page - it will say "Mouse Squad Certified 2012" next to it. It's up to your Squad whether veteran Squad Members will be required to earn the new badge.

If your students completed all 10 Wins! last year...

Coordinators, DON'T WORRY, if you had Members from last year who earned all 10 Wins! but you didn't have the time at the end of the year to award their Certification Badge (or didn't know how), you can email [email protected] with usernames for those students and, for a limited time, we'll award it for you!

For students who earned Wins! for some but not all ten Modules last year, you'll be starting the process from scratch, but all of your experiences from the past will be a huge help as you get started fresh this year.

• 2 - Running your Help Desk
• 3 - Desktops & Laptops
• 4 - Configuring the Operating System
• 5 - Software & Apps
• 6 - Troubleshooting

• 10 - Beyond the Help Desk
