- Tuesday, April 12th 4pm - 6:30pm
- Tuesday, May 3rd 4pm - 6:30pm

ABOUT:
Mouse has just released our first-ever Mouse Squad Specialist Certification: Garage Robotics - an online step-by-step self-led curriculum for students across the Mouse national network to learn the basics of circuitry, microprocessor programming and prototyping.
WHAT DO SQUADS GET?
- Mouse will provide a complete materials kit for each group of 2-3 students - including breadboards, an arduino microprocessor, LEDs, photo-sensors and more!
- Facilitation by Joe Saavedra: a member of the Technology & Design department of Parsons New School of Design and a seasoned DIY-er
- An opportunity for squads to collaborate with other students interested in physical computing and the DIY movement.
- EMOTI-CON (Optional):
Any squad working on Garage Robotics is eligible to present their final project at the 3rd annual Emoti-Con Youth Media & Technology Festival at the New School on Saturday June 4th.
OK! WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO TO SIGN UP?
- Squads must be able to work on the Garage Robotics Specialist Curriculum at their school between each workshop.
- Squads must be available to attend each of the 3 workshops
