As the end of the school year comes closer and closer, it's time to take a step back and reflect on everything that's happened so far. We've seen a lot of really awesome things happen at Mouse during this time; whether it's the cases you put into CaseTracker, the incredible MicroProject submissions, awesome events, the new Wins! system and so much more.

But not everyone across the country knows about all the amazing work that you do in your squads. That's why it's time to announce that it's time for your submissions to our annual Mouse Squad of the Year contest!

We want to know why your squad is the best squad. All you have to do to win is tell us the story of what makes your Mouse Squad awesome. Is it the way that you work together as a team? Is it a special project you designed? Maybe your squad closes more cases than anyone else, or maybe you design websites for other teachers at your school. Maybe you've built a super robot that is the mascot of your squad. Whatever it is, we want to know all about it!

Last year's winners were the three Squads of PS 256 in Queens, NY. All the work in this school gets divided between three squads that cover a wide range of ages and skill levels. Yet they're all run by one amazing Mouse Squad Coordinator! Check out this video showing some of the amazing things they do:

Our Winner for Best New Mouse Squad was the Grandeur Squad from Hudson High School of Learning Technologies in Manhattan, NY.

They recently won our February MicroProject "What Powers Your Squad?" by creating this Glogster showcasing all the different powers of all their squad members. Check out their project here:
