The MOUSE Squad provides technical support for hardware, software, installation of programs, desktops, laptops, SmartBoard, printer, & network issues.

NOTE:

  • Please complete ONE ticket for each machine in need of service. Be as detailed and descriptive as possible in the problem.
  • Service requests are handled in the order in which they are received.
  • An e-mail address and phone number are required for any inquiries of your request.
