Ever wondered how technology keeps the most successful premium cable television company running?

HBO (yes that HBO!!) has invited MOUSE Squads to visit their NYC office to learn about how technology powers HBO, the world's most famous premium cable network, and the wide variety of technology careers available in television broadcasting!

With more than 40 million U.S. subscribers, HBO is at the forefront in technology innovation and content distribution. Students will learn about HBO.com and the delivery of HBO content across multiple platforms (including mobile phones!)

HBO will also host a panel of IT professionals working on infrastructure, software applications, business intelligence and tech support. Each panelist will tell their own personal career story and provide advice to the students on college & beyond.

We'll end the day watching HBO-produced programming in their office's private theater.

WHERE: HBO's offices at 1100 Avenue of the Americas (at 42nd street)

DIRECTIONS: Take the B/D/F/V to 42nd street/Bryant Park or take the 7/N/Q/R/W/S to 42nd Street/Times Square.
