MOUSE Squad of the Year Awards

Each year, MOUSE searches for the MOUSE Squad that has gone above and beyond, demonstrating excellence within their school, their community and the national MOUSE Squad network. This squad becomes the MOUSE Squad of the Year.

The MOUSE Squad of the Year will be presented with an award for the school. They will also be highlighted on the national MOUSE Squad Wire newsletter and are invited to represent the program at the following year's annual International Society for Technology in Education Conference; this year it's in Denver, Colorado. Oh yeah, AND you get a [insert prize here].

How do we win?

Good Question! Many factors are taken into consideration when choosing the MOUSE Squad of the Year. If you have a story about your squad and something you have done that you think we should know about, WRITE A PUBLIC BLOG POST and share your story!

Winning schools have done several of the following:

  • worked on special projects at your school
  • worked on MOUSE Squad certification
  • closed many cases in CaseTracker
  • participated in the DIY competition
  • participated in monthly MicroProjects
  • attended MOUSE workshops & events
  • receives great reviews from their clients
