Payment Instructions for NYC schools

There are 2 ways for NYC schools to fund the MOUSE Squad program:
| NYSSL Software Contract | Order MOUSE Squad online through FAMIS with your NYSSL (NY State Software Law) budget. |
Submit a Non-Contracted Purchase Order through FAMIS, indicating MOUSE as a sole-source provider. Contact naomi@mouse.org for a sole-source letter and an invoice for your school. |

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
New MOUSE Squad memberships:
- Attend an upcoming Information Session for new members.
- The MOUSE Squad membership fee is $999/year. Choose a payment option above, or contact join@mouse.org if you need to arrange alternate payment.
- Complete the new school registration form.
- After your registration form and PO are received, MOUSE will contact you to schedule a site visit, help you get set up online and send your materials.
Renew your MOUSE Squad membership:
- To renew your membership from a previous year, simply submit your PO for the $999 fee, choosing a payment method above.
This payment covers your MOUSE Squad membership for the entire school year, including:
- mousesquad.org accounts for you and your student technicians
- online help desk ticket-tracking through CaseTracker & MOUSE Squad Certification curriculum
- the MOUSE Squad school kit: USB drives, a 21-piece computer tool kit, posters for your school, lanyards and IDs for your technicians, stickers...
- access to training, events and professional development for students and teachers
